Called my residence last night. My husbands cousin answered the phone and the man calling from 901-324-9011, asked to speak with my husband but asked for him by his middle name and when my hisbands cousin said he wasnt available he asked to speak with his "mamacita". I tried calling the number back but no luck. Said it was a non working number.

Just pick up the call and tell them to "please hold" and put the phone on mute and leave it there until they disconnect. Waste their time. Their time is money and if you tie them up on a call with no results, it counts against the telemarketer's individual rating. Hopefully this can lead to them not trying it anymore. Blocking numbers won't work, because they are using a caller-ID spoofer that can send any data they want. Don't get angry. Just get even!

Claimed to be somebody dealing with a civil suit in Will County Illinois. I do reside in this specific county but owe nothing and my name was the name asked for. They proceeded to call my parents at their home in another county. I am so sick and tired of this gutless pieces of garbage trying to collect on the distant past. My debts are paid and current. I had a bad past but it has already fallen off of my credit reports which I check often. When I called the 888 number I got a woman asking me where she can direct my call. I didn't know so she asked me a case number which I didn't have. When is the government going to put an end to these people? I am not against debt collection if it's within the original and legal time frame at all. But when will somebody in the political arena realize that our names and credit are being traded around from one bad collector to the next like trading cards?

Keeps calling my inlaws leaving message that I need to call but does not say what for.

Obviously telemarketers - frequent calls to our business all day long, hangs up when answered, line busy when called back - REALLY slimy operation!!!!!

Man calls my brother in law stating that I owe for a loan I have never recieved. Extremely threatening and abusive. I know for a FACT this is a SCAM as I have not recieved any loans from anybody!!! Someone needs to stop these people!!!!
